Service engagements
Our sales and business support services are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Fees, scope, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund conditions will be confirmed before work begins.
Cancellation requests

Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable work
Completed work, delivered materials, and services already performed may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
